Travelled from Bron to St Emilio, Bordeaux. Raining on and off. Took about 6 hours. Went for a walk thru the town which is just filled with degustation of wines.

St Emilion
Rest day for the Tour today. Up in the morning around 4.30 with a coughing fit, but slowly getting ride of this flu; Did my first run since Gold Coast last weekend. Managed 45min sllloooowwww. Ran down to the stadium were the world champs were in Lyon 2015. Good memories
