The market is filled with colour, berries, all kinds so nicely presented. Olives, cheese spices. Never ending.

Early morning run today. Down ro the lac, not many people at this time, so was very peaceful. Came back to the old village of annecy and the food markets were on.

Beautiful annecy, here for a week. Shops galore, lac and old town is 5 miutes walk. Lots of exploring to do

Started the day with a pod coffee. Off for a run thru thr bois boulogne, with the waterfalls and ducks. Great track all the way round. Harx fo expose the winter legs but glad i did as i warmed up.

Well, finally tasted truffles. Have been eager to taste them for years but the cost scarred me. Bb bought some for me and yes, they are nice. A very earthy taste with the texture of mushrooms. Quite strong but really nice.
