After a wet morning of doing nothing, rain stopped and we where able to travel 4 hours onto Puy de Dome. Run to the top, little lost at the start but found the trail that went to the top. Felt like a real bandit today as there was a race on and we were amongst all the runners. Hard run up 15-20% gradient. So windy at the top couldn't run a straight line.

Today has been a rest day by the lac. Got in 2 x 35min runs and a bike ride around the lac. Enterained by the swans whilst having breakfast this morning.
No idea how it happened but on the way to bordeux found the tour de suisse, fantastic atmosphere, beautiful senery, whole shop just filled with suisse chocolate, yum
